Tomorrow We Scrap - Sunday, September 20th, 2009 Varner, Felix and Paulson all weighed in earlier today. Wrestling starts tomorrow at 1p. Varner has Japan first round. I am excited for Jake. He has a great opportunity tomorrow. I think he is going to make a name for himself on the international circuit very quickly. We are about to go break a good sweat, eat, watch some Office and get some sleep. It’s a big day tomorrow. I leave to go back to PA on Tuesday morning. It has been difficult to be away from State College and the team but has been a great experience. Plus, I wouldn’t miss being here for Jake for anything. This past week was the first week the NCAA allows coaching instruction for the whole team. We are allowed 2 hours of team instruction a week. It sounds like everything went very well. The team is training hard. Our conditioning is in our own hands and will always be a factor for us. Compete fiercely!
