Hello Everyone,

The Nittany Lion Wrestling Club did an absolutely fantastic job running the NLWC Open. Thank you to everyone that helped organize and run the tournament. To run a one day tournament with over 500 participants and to be out of there by 6p is amazing. Thank you very much NLWC and all the volunteers.

I will write a blog tonight on my thoughts on the weekend and get it up tomorrow.

I did just add two more technique videos to the site. I added the Barry Weldon Drill and how to shoot a proper penetration step. Good luck!
