creepy video - Friday, October 30th, 2009

Hello, all is well. Practices are going great. the team is looking good. They are ready to compete. Our intrasquad is next Thursday and our first match is two weeks from tonight. Our first home match is two weeks from Sunday at legendary Rec Hall. We expect to pack the place.

As you saw in the “latest news” section, we are bringing technique video to the site. In the past, we advertised for camps and Undefeated Sport Nutrition by placing technique videos on youtube. Now we are going to post the videos right here. We will have a techniquevideo up by next week. I’m thinking we will start with the move I like to call the “chicken fajita.” It is pretty much unstoppable.

In the mean time, I found this crazy video that you have probably all already seen. It is all over the place just becasue of the huge discovery. But, just in case you haven’t seen it, check it out. If you pay close attention you will see an actual ghost! If you turn up the volume I swear you hear it speak as well. Anyway, Happy Halloween!
